I bought this because I recently had the helix of my ear pierced and it is not good to sleep on the new piercing. Since it is on the side of my head that I most frequently sleep on I got this pillow to keep the pressure off the piercing. It works great for that. The pillow is great.I like this neck pillow except it could stand to be more firm. It is comfortable but my head seems to compress it more than I'd like. The snap on the front works easily. It seems like it would be good for airline travel but I just use it for late night tv binging.The pillow has a chemical smell and squeezes too tight. Either of these is enough to give me a headache but the two combined is awful. The listing says free returns, but since I don't have a UPS store nearby, it actually costs me $6 to return. ?Update: after it was out of the packaging awhile, we were able to stretch it enough that it no longer squeezes- and the smell improved. Much better!It works for me when I use my electric recliner, as a pillow to rest my head when lying down. I have tried a few different pillows, but none had stayed in place.Zipper broke about 10 months of using it, only negative.The cover is very soft, as is the memory foam. I just want to give it some time to see how the foam holds up. My last travel pillow (different maker) split apart, and I didn’t have it that long.Especially useful for travel and when driving.I've been using travel pillows for several years now and this particular one is my most favorite of all . It's the only one I've had so far that's made with memory foam .Not only do I use them for road trips but I also use them to cradle my neck while sleeping in my recliner. It's soft , cushy and comfortable. I highly recommend it ? ?high quality product. Highly recommended.This pillow is amazing!It's been great support for my neck.
