I am happy with this. I removed a good portion of the sees because I need a softer base. It is lovely and very comfortable. It has improved my ability to sit long periods without sciatica.Beatiful meditation cushion. Zip off cover is washable. Buckwheat contained in a separate bag inside so you don't lose any when the cover's off. Other Kundalini practitioners commented on its beauty and functionalityI am very happy with this Zafu.
