I ordered 2 of these pillow cases to match my rug and curtains. I was so pleased when I opened the package...they are absolutely beautiful! Only problem is that when I went to put them on my inserts I couldn't get the zippers open. The seller must have seen the complaints about the zippers easily ripping and went to the opposite extreme because now they are sewn so close to the fabric that they are sewn shut! I am an international customer so it will cost more to return them than what it cost to buy them. Unfortunately I will end up having to cut them open to use them. So disappointed!The product looks exactly the same as pictured on line. I was able to change the look of an older pillow instantly just by adding this cover.My sofa is taupe - a color between grey and brown. So, finding a match is challenging. While my pics may not adequately show the color match because of the shine of the satin finish, the pillow covers work well in my home. Plus, I simply placed the original white and blue-covered throw pillow inside this cover. It worked out great. Seems like they run just a smidge smaller than measured. But I liked it so much, I ordered 2 more!The description indicated it was 2 pieces but I received only one pillow. The pillow is not made well enough for the price. I used poly fill for mine. I would be careful stuffing pillows with bigger pillows due to the zipper stitching. Mine looks like it would separate if handleded too rough.I was pleased with their honesty of descriptions of the product . Content with my purchase and will be back for more to buy if they extend the variety! ThxUpdate: the seller refunded the purchase.When received, the design and quality was at pictured, but I realized it wouldn't fit my interior design theme, and wanted to return. The seller approved the returned, gave me label and told me to take it to the local post office. When I came there, they told me I still have to pay for shipping back to China. They gave me a quote of $17.99 from Maryland. Since I paid $13.99 for the cover, it didn't make sense to return. So I got stuck with the cover. Just beware about their return policy in case you don't like it or it comes not as expected; otherwise, the quality looks good.These are Beautiful. Outstanding quality and very rich looking. I prefer buying just the covers and using my own down feather inserts. TheseCovers so far are the best for the value I have brought. Nice weight quality jacquard material and they are piped around the border like expensive pillows you buy at retail stores for a fraction of the price. The material has shades of gray and a shinier silver jacquard woven in it. Not to shiny, but enough to give it a nice depth and contrast. I will be buying more from this supplier. Well worth the money.I am beyond thrilled with these pillows. They are a perfect balance of silver, charcoal, taupe, cream and a very slight hint of shimmer that doesn’t overpower. You can chop them for a modern look or fluff them full depending on your preference. The cording is a dark charcoal gray and looks high quality. These are the 20x20 and I used a 22x22 soft down alternative fill pillow. A warning for stuffing though...the zipper opening isn’t the full length of the pillow so be sure to use a soft pillow that you can bend and work into the opening. Finally classy pillows that compliment my style.Ordered 2 as an accent piece for my living room Sofa and was very excited for them to arrive. To my disappointment, the zipper portion was sewn down tightly. The only way to open it to put in the insert would be to pull out the stitches in the seam which I wasn't going to do. The zipper is always very poor quality.
