For 35 years I have been searching for an ice compensating pillow that will stay inflated for more than a few months. My search is finally over. This high quality pillow is everything that they claim. Fast inflation and fast deflation are only the beginning. I’m certain that the heavy duty material wide sealed seams and high quality valve will give me years of service. I will be buying another pillow to keep my cover from sagging. I highly recommend this product to any serious pool owner who cares about above and beyond quality.Followup November 2023:If I could add stars I would. My previous review, shown above, from October 2022, did not do this product justice. When I opened my pool this past May, the pillow was still fully inflated. Not only that, it looks like the day it left the Yankee factory. I was so impress that I purchased a second one as two 8’ pillows are really required for my size pool. Last year I just wasn’t going to invest in two expensive compensators if the Yankee advertising turned out to be just hype. To my delight, they are everything Yankee sad they were and more. Thanks for an over the top quality product. I couldn’t be happier.
