If you have to sleep on a wedge; for instance because of reflux or vertigo, this pillow is just right. I have slept on a wedge for a few months and could not get comfortable with any pillow. I tried many types and nothing worked. I slept through the night the first time I tried this pillow. I continue to sleep through the night. It is such a relief. I have put it through the washer and dryer (on low) and it still looks like new. It is well-made! The perimeter of the pillow is just a little bit thicker than the rest of the pillow. It is just right for supporting your neck. Also, it folds over easily if you need a little extra support anywhere. It never clumps up like so many pillows. It keeps its shape. I am so glad to have found this pillow!
