Terrible quality, and terrible customer service from amazon. The item was initially delivered by damage, and now after less than two months, the springs started to get loose. When I asked Amazon for a return, they say I have to pay $150 for a return as the return window is closed. Is it fair to receive an item with the problem and see its issues just after 2months, and pay another $150 to return? Unbelievable misbehave.
