I ordered this because I wanted a much lighter weight comforter for my king bed. Since I am now 75, this set is more manageable. That's what I bought it for, plus the color. The colors are truly beautiful. The feel of most of the material is very nice. And it is very light weight-what I wanted. The bed skirt is thin and of cheap material. The 3 smaller pillows are thin and quite small. That's why I could not give this a 5 star overall rating.nice product for the price looks greatThis set is exactly what I was looking for! It is the right color burgundy (not too red or too pink), fits my queen sleigh bed perfectly, looks very expensive (with added 26" x 26" pillows with solid burgundy shams behind the standard pillows with included shams) and a few added accent pillows, is comfortable and not hot and a good value for the price compared to numerous other sets I've looked at for months. It looks regal and elegant with my cherry colored over-sized bedroom suit. I would whole-heartedly recommend for people who don't live in bed or have pets who do. It is not intended for 24 hours a day use. It is more for beauty and decor than comfort and ease of care. Since I like my place to look like a magazine photo, I tend to go for a more elegant and less practical look, so if you live in bed, don't make your bed or want to wash this set often, don't purchase. It is for people like me. But it is beautiful!I like that is is very light weight but not too crazy about the colors.
